We start by learning about your brand through a brand-specific questionnaire. This helps us understand your business objectives, design style, tone, and more.

Discovery Call
One-on-one discovery session with your project manager to unpack the styles and objectives you’re trying to achieve for your new website.

Phase 2: Delivery of Designs and Collaboration

Custom Website Design Concepts
Next, our design team creates 3 custom website design concepts that reflect your unique brand (like blueprints).

Creative Brief + Call
You’ll receive a creative brief detailing the strategy behind each design, then have a call with your project manager and designer to go through and select your favorite design. Together, we'll collaborate to finetune your design preferences for a layout to best suit your business.

Collaborative Refinement
You'll work with your Project Manager to refine and "decorate" the design and layout based on their suggestions and your feedback. 

Add Messaging ("the copy")
You'll choose from 3 options (or a combo of):

1. Provide your own copy, to coincide with the design and layout
   
2. Utilize stock copy, with possible limitations in options, like specific target content for example.
3. Highly Recommended: Invest in Tailored Copywriting to work with an expert copywriter for more custom content within your design 
   

Compliance Review
When we have direct compliance integration available, we’ll assist you with submitting your site to your compliance team before launch, or provide the format for your outside compliance.

Phase 3: Support

Training & Launch
We’ll train you on how to use your new site, keep it fresh and up-to-date and ready to share.

Follow-up Support
Two weeks post-launch, we’ll make any additional tweaks.

This design process takes roughly 6-12 weeks, includes up to 9 hours* of total time between calls and design time.

Personalized copywriting, based on a detailed questionnaire you'll fill out, followed by a phone call with your copywriter, for your new website's:

Copywriters will personalize the home page copy.

Service Page (200-350 word introductions)
While not a from-scratch service copywriting offering, copywriters will prepend introductory sections for each service, personalized for your firm.

About Page (200-350 words) 
Copywriters personalize an about page for your firm.

Bios (200 words per bio)
Based on your questionnaire and available research material. 

• 5 bios included (all done during the website design, not available after for future employees/advisors)
• A pack of 5 more bios can be purchased for an additional $150 (to be used during the website design).
